Quercus Residences is located above St. Stefan, in the village Tudorovići, in a place called Cesminovo. Cesminovogets the name from a type of oak, among the natives known as česmin, ie black in Latin Quercus Ilex .

In ancient times, when it was one of the basic raw materials for the headings, Quercus ILEX was an integral part of the unmanageable evergreen forests. Some specimens certainly reached the amount of 10 to 20 meters, and they were old for hundreds of years.

Thanks to its properties - hardness, stability and durability - Česmin is used in construction, carpentry, shipbuilding and crafts. He was excellent raw materials and was taken from (today's) Montenegro and used to build ships and real estate (house and villa) in Venice.

Excessive exploitation of oak forest, as frequent fires, have led so that today no more Česmin forest above Sveti Stefan.

In memory of strangeous times, in front of each facility in our complex is planted Česmin tree - Quercus ILEX, therefore our luxury complex is named Quercus Residences.

But we do not only base our story on the past - we are talking to a vision of the future!
