The apartments are within the villa with a restaurant, garden and pool, and the villa is part of a larger complex of four unique architecture facilities.

Quercus Residences are located near village Blizikuće, in hamletTudorovići, in a part called Česminovo. A place is surrounded by greenery and with a phenomenal view on the city ofBudva and Sveti Stefan. As soon as you come to our apartments, you will immediately be delighted when you hear the sounds of nature and see the horizon line that connects the sky and the sea. And we will not even talk about the sunset - we will leave you to discover by yourself!

Guests have at their disposal two types of apartments (A and B), which are measuring 58 and 54 square meters, we have two units each. Each apartment has a bedroom, living room with dining area and kitchen, bathroom and spacious terraces. - each room in the apartments has its own terrace and views on the sea and the pool. On each floor there is one apartment A and one apartment B.

The apartments are fully equipped for your pleasant and hassle-free stay. Whether you come alone, with your partner or family, that you came to Montenegro on vacation or business, we are sure that you will relax and experience peace in our apartments. The bedroom is a double bed (dimensions 180x200 cm), wardrobe, toiletries, TV and air conditioning. In the living room is an opening sofa that turns into a bed of 160x200 cm. Also, in the living room are a TV and air conditioning. This schedule has provided a comfortable stay to four people in one apartment.

If necessary, you can contact us that for your stay, we can connect apartments A and B to one whole so you can stay in four-room apartment .

All materials, facilities and elements in our apartments - starting from parquet on the floor, via furniture and decoration, ceramic tiles, to the chandelier on the ceiling - have Signature of the world's leading brands .

Although the kitchen and dining room are fully equipped, guests can use services of our restaurant or catering from the famous restaurants with which we have a long-term partnership.
